Our two villas, with their unique for the island contemporary design, combine comfort, functionality and modern Mediterranean living. Each villa offers three spacious double bedrooms, three bathrooms, generous living areas, a fully equipped main kitchen and an additional kitchenette, an ideal retreat for families and groups. The villas can be booked individually or together, accommodating up to 12 guests while providing maximum privacy, additional space and exclusive use of the entire property. Clean architectural lines, inspired by the traditional art of stepped landscaping, high-end materials and fully furnished indoor and outdoor areas create an elegant, welcoming setting from the moment you arrive.

On its north side the property borders a virgin forest that continues for 3.8kms until it reaches the sea. Each villa features an impressive 65 m² private swimming pool (20 m x 1.60 m x 2 m), surrounded by relaxing, comfortable sunbeds and furnished outdoor dining and seating areas. Whether enjoying a morning swim, relaxing under the sun, sharing an evening meal outdoors or drinks by the pool with your favorite people at night, the villas are designed to make the most of Kefalonia’s warm climate and stunning natural surroundings.

Both villas are fully equipped with modern appliances and everyday essentials to cater to your every need. To make you feel like home away from home we have provided the villas with fully fitted kitchens, refrigerators, coffee and espresso machines, kettle, blender, toaster, juicer, and dedicated laundry rooms with washing machine and dryer. Internet is provided by Starlink and all TV’s offer complementary Netflix accounts. Premium linens, towels, bathrobes, and personal care amenities are provided, while safety features such as alarm systems, safes, fire extinguishers, first aid kits, and smoke detectors ensure complete peace of mind.
